PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

Thank you so much for your interest in Paxton Valley Folk Art!  All of my items are handmade by me here in my smoke free home.  Most items are my own original design and if not I always give credit to the original designer.  If you have any questions at all about any item, please give me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.  Customer satisfaction is my number one priority!  Please take a moment to read my ordering & payment information and return policies before ordering and thanks again for your interest!

Ordering and Payment Information
All items are listed in Canadian dollars.   I do accept purchases from international buyers but please contact me first before making your purchase for an accurate shipping quote as shipping costs can be very high for international parcels.  Also, all international custom and brokerage fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and I would encourage you to check with your countries customs office to determine what these fees may be.   Take it from me, they can add up quickly!   To purchase my items, just click on the order button at the bottom of the listing and you will be taken to my email order form.  I will then calculate your shipping and will send you a PayPal invoice.  You can use any major credit card to pay through PayPal and if you have an account with them you can also use your debit card or PayPal balance.   I do not accept personal cheques or money orders.   Payment is expected immediately once you receive your PayPal invoice.

Shipping Information
I ship within 3 business days of receiving your verified PayPal payment.   I will never charge you a handling fee, you will only pay for shipping what the post office charges me.  I pack with recycled packaging materials and always use lots of packing peanuts and bubble wrap to ensure your parcel gets to you safely.  If you are an international customer please give me an email before you make your purchase for an accurate shipping quote as international postage fees can be very high.  Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all taxes, custom fees or any other charges associated with importing my items into your country as noted above.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority so if you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, give me an email and we will work together to try and iron out any problems.  If return of an item is deemed to be necessary, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Insurance on the returned item for the full purchase amount as well as tracking and delivery confirmation on the returned package is mandatory, and all costs associated with these services are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Once the item has been returned to me and it's original 'as shipped' condition has been verified, a refund will be issued.  If you feel that these conditions are unreasonable, I ask you not to make any purchases but thank you for your interest in my items.
